Indonesian Business Correspondence I

Correspondence is commonly regarded as the main task of a secretary. The skill of writing good and correct letters is therefore a mandatory requirement for a future secretary. Generally, correspondence is classified into two categories based on its function: formal letters and commercial letters. Human Resources Management

Human Resources Management is a part of general management which focuses on the human resource element within an organization or a firm.
